Before joining Invicti, Neil spent a decade at Amazon.com as Vice President of Technology, where he led engineering for Marketplace, Retail Software, and Digital Media Technologies. He played a key role in launching major products and services, including the Kindle platform, Amazon China, and the first AWS offerings. Neil also held leadership roles at Zynga, where he launched Zynga.com and built the platform team, and at Evri.com, a startup focused on semantic web content discovery. He began his career in life sciences and music e-commerce, and holds a BA in biology from Temple University. Neil is also an inventor on multiple patents in e-commerce and semantic technologies.

Ben is a Security Consultant at Kondukto, where he helps organizations implement DevSecOps practices to enable secure, continuous delivery through proven posture management strategies. With more than eight years in DevOps and information security, and over 20 years as a software developer, Ben brings deep expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC), web application security, and test automation. In addition to his professional work, Ben is an active mentor and educator in cybersecurity, volunteering with the Allegany County Public School’s P-TECH program and 4-H youth programs. In 2019, he was recognized as one of the ‘50 Influential DevSecOps Professionals’ by the Peerlyst Community.
