How We Hire

1. Match & Apply
Take a look at our open roles and see what catches your eye. When you apply, don't worry about trying to look flawless. Show us the real impact you've made, the weird problems you've solved, and the projects you're genuinely proud of.
3. Team Reviews & Deep Dives

Here is where the journey adapts to you. Depending on the position, you will meet your future hiring manager, collaborate with prospective teammates, or chat with our cross-functional global crew across Austin, Boston, Malta, Brno, and Turkey.

This phase often includes a practical element—like a code review, a case study, or a technical exercise. Because we keep things flexible, this assessment might happen early on with the immediate team, or it might be woven into your final conversations. We aren’t looking for robotic, rehearsed answers; we want to see how you creatively navigate complex, real-world puzzles.

2. Recruiter Chat
If your background looks like a fit, a member of our global talent team will reach out for a casual conversation. This isn’t an interrogation; it's a two-way street to chat about your career story, talk about what makes Invicti unique, and see if our frequencies align.
4. The Verdict & Offer
If it’s a mutual "yes" after all our conversations, your recruiter will call you with the good news! We’ll map out a competitive total rewards package, walk you through our global benefits, and start counting down the days until your very first quarterly Thrive Wellness Day (our company-wide days off to recharge).

Interview tips

How to shine along the way

Bring your creative curiosity

Our chief architect calls it embracing the "hacker culture"—the love of a clever, novel solution to a puzzle. Tell us about a time you overcame limitations to build something cool.

Own your mistakes

True excellence isn't about being perfect; it's about being resilient. We love hearing about a project that went sideways, what you learned from it, and how you grew because of it.

Check our alignment

We don't expect you to know everything about us on day one, but we love candidates who are genuinely excited about our mission to eliminate noise in application security.

Never say never

If a specific role doesn't pan out, it’s rarely the end of the road. The tech landscape moves fast, and we regularly dive back into our talent community to re-engage.

Our Values

Integrity

Integrity

Integrity is an essential quality in the workplace and even outside of it. It defines who you are. Integrity encompasses honesty, dependability, ethics, morals, honor, and many other related qualities. In simple terms, integrity means ‘doing the right thing when no one is watching you.’The reason why integrity is a core value at Invicti, is that it creates an environment of trust, compassion, and respect for each other.

Innovative

Innovative

“Of all the values, innovative is the one with which I identify the most, and it is the phrasing ‘intellectually and creatively curious’ that really speaks to me. These words remind me of the guiding tenets of Hacker Culture. The key tenet of Hacker Culture, embracing the ‘intellectual challenge of creatively overcoming limitations to achieve novel and clever outcomes’ is not exclusive to those who write code. The love of the clever, the pursuit of the novel solution to the puzzle – these things are universal, and something that I am happy to see as a core value.”

– Dan Murphy
Chief Architect

Undoubtedly, excellence is achieved through resilience, passion and maintaining the right mindset consistently. This does not mean that mistakes are forbidden, on the contrary, true excellence is demonstrated by taking responsibility for our mistakes, learning from them and embracing personal growth. Ultimately, our ability to persevere after setbacks helps to convert challenges to opportunities which can unleash success.”

– Jessica Azzopardi
Senior People Operations Partner, EMEA
