Important Invicti Licensing Information

Please read the below before purchasing a license or subscription of the Invicti Web Application Security Scanner. If you cannot find the find the information you are looking for, please contact us.

Invicti Desktop Licensing

Invicti Desktop use is licensed as part of an annual subscription which provides you with regular signature updates, all version updates and world class support during the subscription period. At the end of the subscription period you will be offered the chance to renew your subscription but if you choose not to renew you will no longer be able to use Invicti.

Invicti Desktop Editions

Invicti Desktop is available in two editions, Standard and Professional.

The Invicti Desktop Standard edition is restricted to scan up to three websites as explained in this Standard license FAQ.

The Invicti Desktop Professional edition is not restricted and with it you can scan any website as long as you have permission to do so.

A Invicti Desktop licenses can only be installed on one computer at a time. You should purchase a multi seat license if you want to run Invicti Desktop on more than one computer. Please read the Invicti Editions for more information.

Invicti Enterprise Subscriptions

Invicti Enterprise is available in two different subscription models; per website or per scan.

Definition of a Per Website Subscription

With a pay per website subscription of Invicti Enterprise you have to pay for the number of different websites you are going to scan in advance. Therefore if you are responsible for the security of 20 websites you have to pay for a 20 website subscription.

Note that you will only be allowed to remove websites when renewing the subscription. We do exceptions in case of a genuine mistake, so if that is the case please contact us and we can change the website(s) URLs in your subscription.

Definition of a Per Scan Subscription

With a pay per scan subscription, you pay for a number of scan credits in advance. Each time you scan a website one scan credit is consumed. Note: Retest scans will not consume any scan credits.

You can add and scan as many websites as you want in Invicti Enterprise in the per scan subscription as long as you have permission to do so.
