WordPress Plugin GiveWP-Donation and Fundraising Platform Multiple Vulnerabilities - CVE-2022-40312

WordPress Plugin GiveWP-Donation and Fundraising Platform is prone to multiple vulnerabilities including cross-site scripting security bypass server-side request forgery CSV injection and cross-site request forgery vulnerabilities. Exploiting these issues could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site to steal cookie-based authentication credentials to perform otherwise restricted actions and subsequently delete content from the website to make the vulnerable server perform port scanning of hosts in internal or external networks to execute arbitrary commands on the victims system by the use of Microsoft Excel DDE function or to perform certain administrative actions and gain unauthorized access to the affected application. WordPress Plugin GiveWP-Donation and Fundraising Platform version 2.25.1 is vulnerable prior versions may also be affected.
