Set or edit roles and collections for users
Invicti Platform lets you customize access by assigning specific roles to users and teams. A user or team can have several roles depending on how you need to structure access to different collections. Each time you assign a role to a user or team, you can choose if that role will apply to all collections or just selected collections. That way, you can restrict access to specific collections and make sure everyone can access only what they should have access to.
You can assign more than one role or collection to a user or team. Assigning roles and collections can be done during the creation of a user profile or team, or later by editing the user or team. This document explains how to assign roles and collections after a user or team has been created.
This document guides you through the process of both assigning and editing roles and collections for existing users.
To learn how to create a new user and assign a role and collection at the same time, follow the instructions in this New user document.
