September 2016 Netsparker Enterprise Update – Improved Users Permissions & New Vulnerability Tracking System

This release note gives an overview of what is new and improved in this September 2016 update of Netsparker Enterprise online web application security scanner.

You might have noticed that in August we did not release any updates for Netsparker Enterprise, our online web application security scanner. But don't worry, we were not sleeping. We were focusing on some new things and improvements as explained in this post.

New Vulnerability Tracking System

We have revamped the old Tasks system. Now we would like to introduce you to the new Netsparker Enterprise vulnerability tracking system which will help you and your team ensure all the vulnerabilities and possible security issues are addressed before the web applications are live.

Improved Netsparker Enterprise Users Permissions

We have also improved the Netsparker Enterprise users permissions. Read the post Understanding Netsparker Enterprise Users Permissions & Privileges for more detailed information on the new permissions.
